Runners high?

Oh! I forgot to mention my run today. This week was 6 miles instead of five. During the first two miles, I was looking around at the stuff happening on the streets and had a weird feeling. It felt like I was walking!

I wasn’t focused on my form, or aware of any pain, or my breathing. I was just running along at the same effort as if had I been walking. What an amazing feeling of accomplishment.

I’m proud of my research in a training training program for a half marathon, along with my two accomplishments of running 10 min/mile 5Ks this year.
