Running priority

I’ve had a difficult time getting up early for a run in the mornings because of the late sunrise so I’ve moved my morning run to evenings which leaves little time for other events. Good thing it’s temporary. 🙂 the training will end on October 21 until thanksgiving or Christmas time.

Mon night – sister/family call
Tues night – run
Wed night – body pump And spin
Thurs night – run and produce box
Fri night – either a free night or a body pump night — maybe I should start swimming
Saturday – long run and chores
Sunday – walk golf course/spend time with Luv
