Parched

I’m as parched as the dessert from standing, mixed with a little running and six 800s, in the sun and heat today for 7 hours. I took a chi running workshop. There is one area of the posture I want to work on and also hitting more flat foot instead of on the toe.

I’m reading Eat Run by Juerker and considering going meat free two weeks before half to see if it improves speed. Interesting stuff.
