What a speed daemon I am.
On Sunday I walked effortlessly two whole miles then two more miles without debilitating hip or groin pain. A much different feeling than last Friday. What changed? Who knows, perhaps it was using the stick or just healthy foods.
Today was a real win because I rode my motorcycle to and from work and my hip/groin pain was minimal. I haven’t ridden it in over a month because of my injury and illnesses.
Looking forward to more time on my motorcycle and so glad to have heated gloves!
