Day 5 of 30 day Eat Clean Challenge

Victories: Gluten free! No sweet treats! No added sugars!

Today was really hard to go without added sugars. I will indulge a little tomorrow by eating my homemade trail mix (mixed nuts, craisins, chocolate morsels).

Clean food consisted of:

  • Non-fat Greek dairy yogurt
  • Homemade Granola (oats, flax, chia seed,Sunflower seeds)
  • Nectarine
  • Steak
  • Rice with cilantro and lime
  • Fresh squeezed lemon in my water
  • Peanut butter (no sugar added, just peanuts)
  • Celery
  • Pear
  • Dried fruits (unsweetened)
  • Zucchini, corn, onions, green peppers with butter and homemade taco seasoning
  • 64 oz of fluids (solely water)

Not-so-clean foods today:

  • GoGo Squeeze apple grape applesauce (contains fruit juice)
