Victories: Gluten free! No sweet treats! No added sugars!
Today was really hard to go without added sugars. I will indulge a little tomorrow by eating my homemade trail mix (mixed nuts, craisins, chocolate morsels).
Clean food consisted of:
- Non-fat Greek dairy yogurt
- Homemade Granola (oats, flax, chia seed,Sunflower seeds)
- Rice with cilantro and lime
- Fresh squeezed lemon in my water
- Peanut butter (no sugar added, just peanuts)
- Dried fruits (unsweetened)
- Zucchini, corn, onions, green peppers with butter and homemade taco seasoning
- 64 oz of fluids (solely water)
Not-so-clean foods today:
- GoGo Squeeze apple grape applesauce (contains fruit juice)
